About us

We're just a very small team of myself (Sandra) and my mother (Trish). This works extremely well as we only have one product to sell. After both of us coming from companies previously that used to sell a lot more than one product its so good to focus totally on this, no mistakes are made when we're making the exact same thing every day! No short cuts are ever taken either as that could ruin our only product line and we don't want that do we! ha ha.

I do all the website site stuff and sending out all the orders and Trish puts together our awesome spice mix in her commercial kitchen in Katikati. I just love walking into the kitchen when Trish is frying and grinding the spices, the smell is out of this world. I never get sick of it.

The post office must wonder too what is in all our little parcels as the smell is so strong when I go to post off each order! Just goes to show how fresh it is when it smells so good!
