You'll be very pleased to know that The Best Butter Chicken Spice Mix Ever is completely natural with no additives or preservatives in it.  We source all our spices from just one company who we have a very good relationship with and know they have the best spices in town.  Totally gluten free as well.

We also add Garam Masala which we make completely from scratch by hand ourselves.  We do this because we haven't found any really really good blends anywhere else and because you have to roast and then grind the spices, they need to be really fresh as well.  So to guarantee quality and freshness we dry fry the spices first then grind them by hand.  They are soooooo good.  It's the most awesome smell when you start to grind them - mmmmmm yum!  Try our awesome Butter Chicken Recipe, its fantastic and so easy to make.

By the way we do have a certified commercial kitchen where we also make preserves and other yummy things for our little shop.  We aren't selling any other products online yet, just The Best Butter Chicken Spice Mix Ever because it's so good and very easy to ship around New Zealand!
